"Original" Linux Outlaws

Hi everyone,

I was just typing /j #linuxoutlaws, but accidently joined the chan on quakenet... much to my surprise, there were a few people there (including one guy I know from #webdev on quakenet.) He told me there used to be another linux outlaws pre-dating these outlaws.

Just out of curiosity, I wondered if anyone knew anything about this? Sounds interesting.

Wow, I haven't heard of that I suppose the name is one that other people could have come up with before us, I expected that. What did they do, any idea? Was it a podcast? I did a lot of searches around our name when we started off but couldn't really find anything at the time. Good to know though, thanks for passing it on.

Like I say, I was just curious.

It's likely that it was just the name of the channel on Quakenet and not much else.

Either way, you're the only outlaws I need in my life! Hoorah.

A small organization attempting to generate capitol by stealing live CD's from magazine printers and selling them at a slight markdown. Wonder how well they did.
